How to report a security issue

• Steps to reproduce the vulnerability (if applicable)

• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, URLs, timestamps)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate.

What happens after you report an issue

• We will acknowledge receipt of your report

• Our technical team will assess and investigate the issue

• If confirmed, we will take appropriate steps to fix it promptly

• Where legally required, we will notify affected users or authorities

We treat all genuine reports with seriousness and discretion.

About anonymous reports

We review all reports, but due to the volume of automated, malicious, or non-credible submissions we receive, we may not be able to engage in one-to-one correspondence for anonymous reports.

Providing contact details allows us to clarify details quickly and resolve issues responsibly.
