Postal entries to this competition receive 1 ticket.

You may enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:

1. send your entry on an unenclosed postcard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class as a minimum, to the Promoter at the following address: Jambala UK, Unit 6 The Marlands Shopping Centre, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 7SJ,
2. include with your entry the following information:
   1. your full name;
   2. your address;
   3. a contact telephone number and email address;
   4. your chosen competition.
3. incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
4. you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
5. by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
6. your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. If an entry is received by the Postal Entry Route within 72 hours after the Closing Date, the Entrant will receive a credit equal to the cost of entry via the Online Entry Route to the draw, which will enable the Entrant to enter an alternative draw(s) of their choice on the Website/App using the Online Entry Route;
7. the Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their card number;
8. Entrants must have created an account on the Website/App for the free entry to be processed. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and card number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.

Instant Win competitions

For competitions of the "Instant Win" type, the Postal Entry Route operates on the following equivalent basis, so that postal entrants have the same opportunity to win as paid entrants:

1. Each valid postal entry is assigned a ticket number from the same ticket pool used by paid entries. Postal entries and paid entries therefore have an equal chance of winning each available prize.
2. Where an instant-win result for the assigned ticket number can be confirmed at the time the postal entry is processed, the Promoter will notify the Entrant of the result within seven (7) business days of the entry being received, by email or phone using the contact details supplied on the postcard. If the assigned ticket number is a winning ticket, the Promoter will arrange delivery of the relevant prize in accordance with these Terms.
3. The Promoter will publish a summary of how Instant Win competitions are conducted on the relevant competition page and on the Fair Draws page.
